INSTRUCTIONS

Batteries Installation:
1. Turn mouse upside down.
2. Remove detachable battery cover.
3. Insert two new AAA batteries as per the indicated polarity inside the battery compartment.
4. Replace the detached cover.
5. Installation is successful.


ID Setup:
1. Plug USB receiver into computer.
2. Place the mouse close to the receiver (approximately 1 meter).
3. Press the ID button of the receiver, the light indicator on the receiver begins to flash.
4. Press the ID button at the bottom of the mouse for 10 seconds, the light indicator on the receiver begins to flash very fast until it stops flashing and ON. The product is now successfully connected. You may now start to use it.
5. Working distance is within 1-2 meter.


Attention:
1. If you need to turn off the mouse power, please continue to press the ID switch of the mouse for 3 seconds. You could resume the power of the mouse by pressing the ID switch once.
2. There is no need to check for the digital connection within 10 seconds after changing the batteries. Repeat the above steps for battery installation if there is no connection.
3. If you find the speed of the curser too fast, please adjust the same in your computer by following the below steps:
a). double click the control panel,
b). select and click the mouse icon,
c). select “button” of the dialogue box and adjust the mouse speed that you prefer.
4. Avoid contact with optical sensor located at the bottom of the mouse.


Warning: As with any very bright light source, such as the sun, the user should avoid staring directly into the laser head while powered up.

Limited Warranty and Limitation of Liability. RACE-MOUSE and CLARK CONCEPTS, LLC warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. Unless otherwise stated in the product-specific documentation received with the product. The above warranty period shall begin on the date RACE-MOUSE product ships to Purchaser or, if the Purchaser is an authorized reseller of such RACE-MOUSE products, from the date the reseller ships to its original customer.


If the original retail purchaser returns the Product to RACE-MOUSE / CLARK CONCEPTS, LLC, together with the dated and serialized proof of purchase, transportation and insurance prepaid, within the warranty period and if RACE-MOUSE / CLARK CONCEPTS, LLC determines that the Product is defective within the terms of the warranty, then RACE-MOUSE / CLARK CONCEPTS, LLC shall, at its cost and option, either repair or replace the Product with new or reconditioned parts. RACE-MOUSE / CLARK CONCEPTS, LLC shall return the repaired or replaced product to the purchaser, transportation and insurance prepaid. Replaced Products and parts shall become RACE-MOUSE / CLARK CONCEPTS, LLC property. If RACE-MOUSE / CLARK CONCEPTS, LLC, after examination and testing, determines that the returned Product is not defective, RACE-MOUSE / CLARK CONCEPTS, LLC shall so advice the purchaser and shall dispose of such Products in accordance with the purchaser’s instructions, at the purchaser’s cost. In such case, Purchaser shall reimburse CLARK CONCEPTS, LLC at CLARK CONCEPTS, LLC’s then-current rates for examination and testing.


The warranties set forth above shall not apply to, and RACE-MOUSE / CLARK CONCEPTS, LLC shall not be responsible for , any failures or deficiencies caused by misuse, excessive use, improper installation, unauthorized repairs or modifications, willful damage, neglect, alterations, accidents or any external cause, including but not limited to power failure, exposure to smoke, dust, humidity, or excessive heat, or repair by other than RACE-MOUSE / CLARK CONCEPTS, LLC RACE-MOUSE’s resellers are not authorized to change the terms of this warranty.



RACE-MOUSE / CLARK CONCEPTS, LLC MAKES NO WARRANTY, WHICH IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, STATUTORY, OR IMPLIED. RACE-MOUSE / CLARK CONCEPTS, LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTION OF THIS COMPUTER MOUSE WILL MEET PURCHASER’S REQUIRMENTS OR THAT THE COMPUTER MOUSE WILL OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE.


Purchaser’s sole remedy under the above warranties shall be as stated above. RACE-MOUSE / CLARK CONCEPTS, LLC sole and exclusive liability for any and all losses and damages arising out of any cause whatsoever shall in no event exceed the actual price paid for the product.


IN NO EVENT SHALL RACE-MOUSE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, WHETHER SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, COLLATERAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL, ARISING FROM BREACH OF WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY ARISING FROM THE WARRANTY HEREIN STATED OR THE PURCHASE OF PROCUCT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION.


Loss of use, profits, goodwill or savings; or loss or corruption of data, data files, information, or programs that may have been used with the product or in CONJUNCTION with the product or any other product. RACE-MOUSE / CLARK CONCEPTS, LLC shall not be reliable for the cost of retrieving or replacing lost or CORRUPTED data, information, or programs.


EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLEY PROVIDED HERIN, THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, STATUTORY, OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTIBILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.


Some states and countries do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages; therefore the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you.
